Let’s work together to recover your peaceful, whole, and safe life.

When people experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel.
If you are in or have been in a psychologically destructive relationship…you can heal.
Many people are feeling anxious, depressed, and confused due to relationships with dysfunctional people such as narcissists, addicts, and emotional/verbal abusers.
Is this you?
Look at the statements below and see what you think…
  • You walk on eggshells to avoid disappointing your partner.
  • Your partner uses gaslighting (distorting the truth) to maintain the upper hand in the relationship.
  • Your partner requires constant check-ins and wants to know where you are and who you are with at all times.
  • Your partner says hurtful things about you disguised as “jokes.”
  • You find yourself apologizing even when you know you’ve done nothing wrong.
  • Your partner is hot and cold.
  • Your partner refuses to acknowledge your strengths and belittles your accomplishments.
  • Your partner withholds affection, sex or money to punish you.
  • You’ve lost your sexual desire for your partner.
  • You feel sorry for your partner, even though they hurt you.
  • Your partner is always changing plans in order to “surprise” you—or so they say.
  • You have begun to distrust your own judgment because you are frequently told you are wrong.
If you recognize any of these relationship patterns, you may also be wondering,
“What is wrong with my relationship—something is wrong, but I just don’t know what it is.”
“I know the problem is me, but I don’t know what to do about it.”
“If I could be better, everything would be all right.”

Reclaim is a welcoming place for you to regain your identity and recover your internal strength.
